1. BACKGROUND
The Lagos State Ministry of Health (LSMoH) is a Principal Recipient (PR) for Integrated Global Fund Grant comprising of HIV/A1DS, Tuberculosis and Resilient Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH). As the Principal Recipient, the Ministry of Health is legally responsible for the management of the integrated grant ensuring achievement of the programmatic results and accountability of the grant financial resources.
Subsequently, the Ministry of Health has established the Grant Management Unit (GMU) to work with other implementing units (TB, HIV, RSSH) within the Ministry, Sub-Recipients (SRs) and other implementing partners in executing and implementing various programs in compliance with the grant agreement signed between The Global Fund and LSMoH.

The GMU invites prospective vendors to express their interest in providing the services and goods detailed in section 2.0 under long-term agreement from January 2021 to December 31st 2021.

1. INTRODUCTION
SHELL hereby announces to interested and prequalified companies on upcoming tendering opportunity for the PRICE AGREEMENT FOR PROCUREMENT OF OPERATIONAL VEHICLES (LIGHT VEHICLES) FOR SNEPCo. The proposed contract will commence in Q1 2021 and will be a call-off procurement where agreed prices may be used for subsequent purchases.

2.(a) Supply of vehicles and accessories that meet mandatory safety and quality standards. Specific details of each vehicle category are included with the ITT.

(c) This will be managed as a call-off contract (Price Agreement) whereby the agreed prices will be used for subsequent purchases.
(d) All purchased light vehicles MUST score a five-star safety rating in New Car Assessment Program (NCAP5*) in the region where the vehicle is purchased; or meet comparable Internationally Recognized Standards approved by the Shell Principal Technical Expert for road safety.

1. 4. The Bidding Document is only obtainable at the Procurement Division, Directorate of General Administration, ECOWAS Commission, Plot 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, Abuja, Nigeria, upon submission of a written request and payment of Two hundred US Dollars (US$200) only by Cash or Bank draft made in favour of ECOWAS Commission, Abuja.
