REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP): EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES

PREAMBLE:
Solidaridad West Africa (SWA) is part of the Solidaridad Network, a solution oriented Civil Society Organization with its regional office in Accra, Ghana, and active country offices in Nigeria, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast and Ghana. Solidaridad Network has over 50 years of experience in supporting sustainable development of farmers and production systems across the globe focusing on enhancing the value chains of both fresh and processed agricultural and other non-agricultural commodities. Solidaridad West Africa, in partnership with other organizations implements the Aquaculture Development Project Nigeria (ADPN) in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state of Nigeria. As the project administrator, Solidaridad West Africa wishes to commission an accredited Environmental Consulting Company to conduct the Environmental, Social and Economic Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Evaluation Report (EER – Post-Impact) at the project site locations in compliance with the pertinent national legal and administrative instruments of the Federal Ministry of the Environment (FMEnv.) governing environmental issues in the aquaculture industry in Nigeria.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (EIA) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN AQUACULTURE DEMONSTRATION FARM USING “CLIMATE SMART” IN-POND RACEWAY SYSTEM (IPRS) TECHNOLOGY AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION REPORT (POST-IMPACT) ASSESSMENT OF A FISHERIES FARM CLUSTER IN IJEBU-ODE, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA.
