1.The National Universities Commission has applied for financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Sustainable Procurement Environmental and Social Standards Enhancement (SPESSE) and Africa Higher Education Centres of Excellence for Development Impact (ACE-Impact) Projects, and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for the Procurement of Learning Management System Devices. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.”

2.The National Universities Commission now invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for Provision of Learning Management System Devices for the Sustainable Procurement Environmental and Social Standards Enhancement (SPESSE) and Second Africa Centres of Excellence for Development Impact (ACE-Impact) Projects at National Universities Commission, 26 Aguiyi Ironsi Street Maitama Abuja
3.Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

1.0 INTRODUCTION:
In line with NPDC/SEPLAT JV ’s short- and long-term business plans, there is need to expand the existing pipelines and bulklines networks, manifolds, including fabrication/installation of process piping within Seplat Western Asset (OML-4, 38 and 41). This call-off contract is required to ensure expedited construction and hook-up of oil bulklines/manifold and gas flowlines from the wellhead, remote manifolds to the central processing facilities (flowstations/gas plants) and reduce manhours/ resources spent in tendering for each bulkline/manifold construction activity. Qualified contractors shall need to demonstrate capability in pipeline construction and fabrication works for 6-inches diameter pipes and above for onshore and shallow waters terrain within the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. The proposed strategy will utilize the NipeX contracting platform to run the tendering process.

To ensure that the land access procedure to support intensive agriculture is carried out sustainably, the Government of Kaduna looks to develop and implement a Framework for Responsible and Inclusive Land Intensive Agriculture – (FRILIA). This aims to ensure that land acquisition and resettlement for large‑scale agribusiness investments are undertaken in line with established international good practices and guarantee shared benefits between private investors and surrounding communities. The implementation of FRILIA is also linked to a World Bank Program for Results (PforR) in the state which identifies the implementation of FRILIA as one of the Disbursement Linked Indicators under the program.

Application is hereby invited from interested and qualified contractors to bid for the procurement of 15,000 litres capacity solar powered borehole system in Model Secondary Schools across the three senatorial districts of the State:

1.  Bishop Dimeari Grammar School, Yenagoa
2.  Government Secondary School, Sagbama and
3.  Nembe National Grammar School, Nembe

Accordingly, all the required Tender/Bidding materials for the above project should be submitted to the Project Manager, Ministry of Education, Education House, Yenagoa on or before the 4 December, 2020.
Requirements for Tender include:
(a)      The evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(b)     The evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2017, 2018, 2019)
(c)      The company must have an office within the State capital.
(d)     The evidence of previous jobs executed, if any

However, a non-refundable Tender/Bidding fee of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30, 000.00), will be paid at the point of submission/collection of Tender/Bidding materials at the Project Unit of the Ministry.
