The Federal Republic of Nigeria, through the Federal Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development, has received financing from the World Bank and the L’Agence Francaise de Development (French Development Agency of AFD) and on-lent the financing to thirteen participating states namely Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau and Sokoto) toward the cost of Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of the financing will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Consulting Services.

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Immunization Plus and Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage and Transforming Services (IMPACT) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Procurement of Tabs Dihydroartemisinin Piperaquine (DHP), Inj. Artesunate, Malaria RDT, Sharp Boxes, Examination Gloves. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

2. The NMEP now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of the items listed in the table below:
