INTRODUCTION
The National program on HIV/AIDS directed States to embark on measures to eliminate the transmission of HIV from infected mothers to their newborn babies, having recognized the effective use of modern technologies in the early diagnosis and management of HIV. KADSACA wishes to scale-up these proven interventions to the additional 21 selected hospitals in the State. In compliance with the provisions of the Kaduna State Public Procurement Law 2016, The Kaduna State Aids Control Agency (KADSACA) on behalf of the Kaduna State Government hereby invites interested, eligible and competent Contractors to bid for scale up of adolescents and young person’s intervention in 21 LGAs to significantly reduce the incidence of new infections.
