A. BACKGROUND
Adamawa State Government in its drive to optimize values of some of its redundant and sub-optimally utilized assets has resolved to unlock the potential of one of its prime assets, Yola International Hotel (YTH). The desire is to optimize the value of the hotel by way of partial privatization and through the technical support and guidance of BPE view of this, the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) in collaboration with the Adamawa State Government through the Adamawa State Investment and Property Development company Limited hereby invites “Expressions of Interest” from prospective technical advisers to provide transaction advisory services for the partial privatization of YIH.

I. PROJECT BACKGROUND AND SCOPE OF WORK
ABOUT GAIN
The GLOBAL ALLIANCE FOR IMPROVED NUTRITION (GAIN) is a Swiss-based foundation launched at the UN in 2002 to tackle the human suffering caused by malnutrition. Working with both governments and businesses, we aim to transform food systems so that they deliver more nutritious food for all people. GAIN’s work to improve the consumption of safe and nutritious food is based on three interlinked strategic objectives:

PEACE AND CONFLICT ASSESSMENT (PCA) WITH FOCUS ON RESILIENCE AND GENDER FOR NIGER (DIFFA) AND NIGERIA (BORNO AND YOBE STATE)

1. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE
CBM is a Christian international development organisation, committed to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in the poorest communities of the world irrespective of race, gender or religious belief. Through our disability-inclusive development approach, we address the barriers that hinder access and participation and actively seek to ensure the full participation of persons with disabilities as empowered.
CBM is planning to submit a project full proposal for Transitional Development Assistance (TDA) from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). TDA bridges the gap between humanitarian aid and sustainable development cooperation while also contributing to peace building. It is designed to support affected people and local structures in overcoming crises and strengthening their resilience. TDA has a focus on crisis management. In countries with a higher or acute potential for conflict escalation, a Peace and Conflict Assessment (PCA) with and a project shaping Resilience Analysis is necessary.
