1. OVERVIEW
USAID’s Integrated Health Program (IHP) would like to invite eligible firms to submit offers for Provision of Janitorial Services for USAID Integrated Health Program (IHP) In Abuja, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kebbi and Sokoto States offices.

The Vendors must demonstrate capacity, based upon technical expertise, management capability and financial resources.

Palladium intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

RFP Submission Requirements/Evaluation
• A Bid detailing the unit price only in the template below;
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Profile of the company
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance Certificate for 2017, 2018 and 2019
• Bank details/Financial capabilities
• Cover letter explaining interest to be a contracted vendor or supplier
• Three (3) References from current or past clients (at least in the last one year)
• Current copies of certificates from relevant Govt Agencies (at least 3)
• Copy of Pension Certificate Registration.

1. The West African Power Pool ( WAPP) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Regional Interconnection Project, Nigeria- Niger- Benin- Burkina Faso, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of computers and accessories for the WAPP North Core Project.

2. The WAPP North Core Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for 47 laptops, 7 all-in-one desktop computers and accessories (docking stations, computer monitors, mice, keyboards, portable USB C – Multiport adapters) to be delivered in Abuja (Nigeria) within a delivery period of 60 days.

3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018, (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Background
The Cowrie Creek Estate Ikate, Lagos was developed by the NLNG Staff Cooperative Investment & Credit Society (NLNG Coop) for the purpose of collective development of residential estate over a 40 Hectare land mass with waterfront facilities, modern infrastructure and other central services (Shopping mall, security, playground, etc.). Infrastructure works are practically completed and estate now opened officially. There is a potential to embark on accelerated development scheme to further develop the estate and bring much desired financial value to the NLNG Cooperative and subscribers. The NLNG Coop hereby invites suitably qualified firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to develop segments of the estate following the guidance in this document.

OBJECTIVE OF ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN
1. Bulk development of 20+ homes for the NLNG Coop members and other interested subscribers within the Cowrie Creek Estate
2. Increase occupancy rate of the estate to 100+ homes by end of 2021
3. Provide a convenient and sustainable project delivery vehicle for home ownership.
