Society for Family Health (SFH) was incorporated in 1985 and is one of the foremost Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), that provide support to the Nigerian government in key areas of public health: HIV&AIDS prevention, social services, family planning and maternal & child health (malaria, water and sanitation, and diarrhoea control).

SFH is a Sub-Recipient (SR) to FHI360 as Principal Recipient (PR), under the Global Fund National Aligned HIV/AIDS Initiative (NAHI) Grant from January 1, 2021, to September 30, 2023. The goal of the grant would be achieved through provision of Comprehensive Community-based HIV Service Package which includes prevention, care and support, referrals, and linkages to treatment services in the One-Stop-Shop (OSS), as well as support community and institutional system strengthening through the identification and capacity building of Key Population (KP)-Led Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), for effective programming. The grant would be implemented in seven (7) States namely: Abia, Gombe, Kaduna, Kano, Kwara, Oyo and Plateau. The grant would require the services of one FSW-led CBO, one MSM-led CBO, and one PWID-led CBO per State.

ASSIGNMENT TITLE: DEVELOPMENT BANK OF NIGERIA’S WEBSITE REVAMP AND DEPLOYMENT OF DIGITAL MARKETING TOOLS.

The Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) Plc has received a loan from the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan towards a contract with a qualified consulting firm providing Information Technology Services to the DBN. The consulting firm (‘Consultants’) will revamp the DBN website using technologies that result in a more mobile-friendly and responsive website with rich analytical capabilities. The Consultants will also be required to deploy digital marketing tools to help increase the online visibility of the Bank’s products and services.

The website revamps aims to achieve the following objectives:
(i) Replace the existing website with a more intuitive and mobile-friendly version, for better engagement with visitors and to sustain the interest of DBN’s target market.
(ii) Improve website management by switching from the current Content Management System to a safer system that is easier to manage internally.
(iii) Introduce the ability to share Intellectual Properties like DBN’s Journals published on the website and written by the Office of the Chief Economist, to stimulate discussions around topical issues affecting MSMEs and the Nigerian economy.
(iv) Introduce a plugin to analytical tools like Google Analytics, to enable monitoring of traffic patterns and improve DBN’s ability to make decisions on ways to improve traffic.
(v) Introduce support for high-quality videos and images.
(vi) Integrate with the MSME learning platform to provide listed online training and tools for PFIs and MSMEs.
The deployment of Digital Marketing tools aims to build the digital marketing capabilities of DBN by:
(i) Defining a strategy for digital marketing.
(ii) Deploying and configuring digital marketing tools for Social Media Marketing, Email marketing. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) marketing and content marketing.
(iii) Aggregate data for analysis and decision making to improve different processes e.g., Monitoring and Evaluation of MSMEs,
The assignment is expected to be completed within a period of six (6) months from the contract start date.

The Water Corporation of Oyo State is in the process of recruiting an individual Consultant to prepare the Project Completion Report for the following project:

URBAN WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN OYO STATE

The services Included under the assignment are as follows:
• Carry out a desk review of all project documents and flies with the view to become familiar with them;
• Participate in visits to the project site to verify the completion of the project and hold fact¬ finding sessions with the Executing Agency of the project and other relevant State Government Institutions and donors;
• Conduct Interviews, meetings, and surveys on the socio-economic situation as well as the level of the beneficiary’s awareness of the performance of the project. The interviews will be conducted mainly with targeted communities, local, provincial authorities (where applicable), NGOs, project Implementing and executing agencies, and other stakeholders;
• Review the performance of the Executing Agency with particular emphasis on their financial performance;
• Assess the performance of the different consultants and contractors, as well as the auditors with respect to the technical aspects of the implementation of the project – the designs, works, supervisions, auditing, and project management;
• Compare actual projects implementation performance with appraisal estimates;
• Comment on the attainment of the project objectives and the sustainability of the project outputs;
• Review and comment on the performance of the executing agency, State Government, independent Auditors, the African Development Bank, and other donors which are working in the sector of the two countries.
• Review the financial, social, and economic viability of the project by assessing the social and economic impact of each project;
• Data analysis of project outputs, outcomes including unanticipated project outcomes, job creation, and employment opportunities, and formulate conclusions, draw out lessons and recommendations for future operations, conduct sustainable livelihood assessment In order to identify the potential development for further improving the socio-economic condition in the project areas.
• Collate the preparation of detailed Project Completion Reports in line with the AfDB format.
• Present the report to the Client and undertake corrections and amendments as may be requested by the client for finalization and submission
