INTRODUCTION
Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN Operator of NNPC/MPN Joint Venture plans to engage the services of a competent and qualified contractor, for the provision of integrated Facilities Management Services at Lagos Locations to support her operations within the NNPC/MPN Joint Venture (JV) acreage for an anticipated contract term of two (2) years plus one (1) year optional extension.

SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work includes but not limited to the following:
i. Housekeeping- Janitorial, Landscaping Maintenance, Pest Control/fumigation
ii. Furniture Maintenance, Office Moves, Residential Moves
iii. Mail and Courier Handling/Reprographics/Other Tenant Services
iv. Cable TV, Satellite TV and internet Services at residential locations
v. Structural/Building Façade/Civil Maintenance & Repair Painting, Carpentry Roofing Systems etc.
vi. Refurbishment Projects including office layout changes and office moves
vii. Mechanical Maintenance – Life safety Systems, Atrium Hoist System, HVAC, cold rooms etc.
viii. Plumbing including – Pumping System, boreholes, Storage Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant
ix. Fire Protection-Fire Sprinkler System (Wet & Dry), Fire Alarm
x. Electrical Maintenance- Medium/High Voltage Switchgears, Power Distribution Systems
xi. Power Generator Operations, (24/7) Maintenance and Overhauls, Synchronization Controls
xii. Vertical Transportation Maintenance – Passenger elevators, Cargo/Goods Elevators.
