INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDERING FOR THE YEAR 2016-2019 (MERGED) TETFUND MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION PROJECT

1. INTRODUCTION
Yaba College of Technology in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 hereby invites competent and reputable Contractor for Pre-qualification and subsequent tendering for Year 2016 – 2019 (Merged) TETFund Maintenance Intervention Project under the following categories.

2. SCOPE OF WORK
LOT 1: Rehabilitation and refurbishment of the ETF Building

3. PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
The following will prequalify Companies to tender:
(i) Proven capability, relevant experience and good track record.
(ii) Provision of Company profile and organizational structure, including names, resumes, and telephone numbers of key personnel.
(iii) Provision of Verifiable list of previous similar works successfully executed within the past three (3) years with names of clients, evidence of award, project cost and Certificate of practical completion.
(iv) Evidence of Incorporation of Company by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(v) Company Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years.
(vi) VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittances.
(vii) Experience/Technical qualification of key personnel with copies of certificates.
(viii) Audited Annual financial report of the company for the last three (3) years, duly certified by the Auditor.
(ix) Evidence of financial strength, credit worthiness/Bank reference and readiness to instruct bankers to supply financial information on the company as may be required.
(x) Evidence of community and social responsibility (if any).
(xi) Evidence of compliance with the provision of the Pension Reform Act, 2004. – Valid current Certificate.
(xii) Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act, 2011 – Valid current Certificate.
(xiii) Evidence of Registration with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) on the National Data Base of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers, by submission of current Interim Registration report (IRR)
(xiv) Evidence of compliance with the current 2020 National Social Industrial Trust Fund (NSITF)
(xv) Evidence of Registration with Yaba College of Technology as a service provider
(xvi) A sworn affidavit indicating that all documents submitted are genuine and verifiable
(xvii) A sworn affidavit that none of the Directors has been convicted in any country for any criminal offence, including fraud or financial impropriety.
(xviii) Bidders should include in their bid, a sworn affidavit indicating that no officer of Yaba College of Technology is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the company.
