Anambra State Housing Development Corporation intends to embark on the development of Green Valley Estate, Awka Capital Territory based on PPP model. The projects to be carried out under this invitation to tender are:

PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER REQUIREMENTS

Tender shall be accompanied with the following:
1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2. Evidence of registration with Anambra State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure/ Anambra State Housing Development Corporation in the appropriate category.
3. Company Profile and brochures.
4. Company Audited Accounts for the past three (3)years
5. Tax Clearance and VAT Certificate for the past three (3) years
6. Evidence of compliance with Pension RefoRms Act 2004 as amended
7. Evidence of past performance in similar projects
8. Sworn affidavit as follows:
a. That all documents submitted for the pre-qualification and tender exercise is not only genuine but current.
b. That none of the Directors of the Company seeking pre-qualification had been convicted by a Court of Law.
9. Evidence of financial capability by presenting a bank reference from a reputable commercial bank indicating their willingness to offer credit facility if the job is awarded to you.
10. Provision of bid security of 1% of the Contractor’s bid amount per lot.
11. Execution methodology including work programme with timelines.
12. List of equipment with proof of ownership or lease agreement 13. Any other relevant information

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Complete set of Bidding Documents shall be collected by interested qualified companies from the office of the managing director, ASHDC headquarters near ABS along Enugu Onitsha expressway on submission of non-refundable tender-fee of N100,000.00 one hundred thousand Naira) per lot in Certified Bank Draft payable to Anambra State Housing Development Corporation between the hours of 9.00am to 3.00pm from 24 August, 2020.

Sworn Affidavit disclosing: Whether or not any officer of the relevant committee of the Federal Government Girls College, Gwandu, Kebbi State or the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in the bid are true and correct in all particulars.
h. Company’s Audited Accounts for the past three years (2017,2018 and 2019)
i. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating declaration Bank willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project or the contractor can fund the project if awarded;
j. Company Profile with the Curriculum vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN,ARCON,CORBON etc
k. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards. Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and photographs of the projects;
l. List of Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease (where applicable);
m. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate. Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate. NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner); and
n. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the Company/Firms Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address and Telephone Number. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm,

The Eat Safe (Evidence and Action Towards Safe, Nutritious Food) programme aims to generate evidence and knowledge of the potential of increased consumer demand for safe food to substantially improve the safety of nutritious foods in informal market settings in low-and middle-income countries (LMICs). The five-year programme is funded by USAID and is undertaken by a consortium led by GAIN and containing the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) and Pierce Mill Education and Media. In Nigeria, where GAIN holds a country office, programme activities will be focused on different cities and markets within Kebbi State.

GAIN seeks a partner organization (Contractor) to support the implementation of EatSafe in country activities in Nigeria, in coordination with GAIN staff in the Nigeria country office and with other project partners as needed.
