1. INTRODUCTION
In compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu wishes to inform eligible consulting firms/contracting companies and the general public that the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) is to undertake the procurement of services and works within the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) package and hereby invites consultants and contractors of good repute and relevant experience to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) and bids for the projects listed below;
