INVITATION TO TENDER AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

1. INTRODUCTION
The Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN) is the Government organ with the Statutory mandate for the Strategic Planning and Co-ordination of National Policies in the field of Energy in all ramification to ensure adequate, reliable, cost-effective and sustainable energy in all its ramification to ensure adequate, reliable, cost effective and sustainable energy supply of nation’s economic and socio-political development. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the commission wishes to undertake the procurement of works, goods and services under the 2023 capital projects.
Competent and experience contractors/consultants are invited to apply for the technical and financial bids, and expression of interest (EOI) of the various projects of the commission for the 2023 fiscal year.
