USAID’s Integrated Health Program (IHP) would like to invite eligible insurance broking firms to submit a proposal for the Provision of Group Life Insurance for All IHP Staff and Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance for all IHP Vehicles.

The Vendors must demonstrate capacity, based upon technical expertise, management capability, and financial resources.

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR 2020 CAPITAL PROJECTS

1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds FEDERAL GOVERNMENT GIRLS’ COLLEGE, LEJJA, ENUGU STATE in the 2020 Appropriation for the execution of Policies, Programmes and projects towards achieving the mandate of the College. Accordingly, the College wishes to invite reputable contractors with relevant proven competence and experience to submit tenders for the execution of the following projects.

2. SCOPE

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Bidders must possess the under-listed requirements:
1. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2 and CAC7 (or CAC 1.1):
2. Evidence of Company’s Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2017, 2018 and 2019) valid till 31st Dec, 2020 with a minimum average annual turnover of Twenty
3. Evidence of Current PENCOM Compliance Certificate valid till 31st Dec, 2020; MIllion Naira (N20,000,000.00);
4. Evidence of Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Certificate valid till 31st Dec, 2020;
5. Evidence of Current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till Dec, 2020;
6. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2020 or valid Certificate issued by BPP:
7. Current sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not
a. Any officer of the relevant Committees of FGGC LEJJA or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
b. The company is in receivership. Insolvent Or bankrupt, and
c. The company has any Director who has ever been convicted in any court in Nigeria or any other country for criminal offences in relation to fraud or financial impropriety:
8. Evidence of Financial Capability to execute the job by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed:
9. Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications (ARCON, COREN, QSRBN, CORBON, etc):
10. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least (3) similar job(s) successfully Executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates and/or Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;
11. List of Plants and Equipment with proof of ownership or lease agreement:
12. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC), as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Contact Address, Telephone number(s) (preferably GSM No.) and valid e-mail address(es) and official Company’s address. The Letter Head paper must bear the Names, Nationalities and the Telephone Numbers of Directors of the company at the bottom of the page duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm.

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, GAIN has developed the Keeping Food Markets Working (KFMW) programme to provide targeted support to help sustain core food systems, workers, and markets during COVID-19 emergency. The programme has the overarching goal of mitigating the risk of economic collapse of food systems in order to sustain the availability and affordability of nutritious and safe foods, and contribute to lowering the burden of ill-health, particularly for the most vulnerable. Within the programme, GAIN will support Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that produce nutritious foods to weather the current crisis and to guard against future shocks and will initially focus on Kenya and Nigeria.

INTRODUCTION
Integrated Dairies Limited, an indigenous producer of dairy products in Nigeria has been producing and processing fresh milk from our exotic. Friesian breed of cattle (Suzanne and her descendants) since 2003 under the brand Farmfresh. Located in the highlands of Vom in Jos, Plateau state, our farmlands spanning over 550 hectares have been developed to support our aggressive growth plans to meet the teeming demands of our farm fresh lovers.

As part of these plans, we are expanding the scope of our breeding programs to include local breeds using carefully selected bull semen from Worldwide Sires. We hereby call on interested and reputable suppliers of livestock who can supply large quantities of the Sokoto Gudali Breed that meet our specifications for this purpose.
